Privacy policy

What we collect

For accounts: an email address and a hashed password. For everyone: a random opaque cookie id and a hashed IP, used only to count searches and downloads against the daily limits. Purchases record the order, the invoice and the crypto network — never card or bank details, because we never handle them.

What we do not collect

No third-party trackers, no advertising pixels, no browsing profiles. We do not sell or share personal data. SXCode passes are designed to work without an account at all.

Payment data

Crypto payments are settled on public blockchains. We store the invoice amount, the asset and network, and a transaction reference for reconciliation. We do not receive or keep any traditional payment credentials.

Logs and retention

Search and download logs are kept to enforce limits and detect abuse, with IPs stored only as a truncated hash. Operational logs rotate on a short schedule. You may request deletion of your account and its associated records through Contact.

Cookies

We set a small number of first-party cookies: a session cookie when signed in, an opaque id for quota counting, and a signed cookie for a redeemed SXCode. None are used for advertising.

Your choices

You can browse without an account, clear cookies at any time, and ask us to erase your account data. Because quota counting pairs the cookie with a hashed IP, clearing cookies alone does not reset a daily allowance.
