How delivery works

Files are served from regional mirrors. A mirror can be marked degraded while a drive is drained or replaced; titles on it stay searchable and downloadable, sometimes at a lower speed. The source mirror for each title is shown on its file page.

Reporting an incident

If a download stalls, a mirror looks down, or a payment has not confirmed after the expected window, reach us through Contact with the SBX code or invoice number and we will look into it.
